The Process

As your talent management partner, Executive Resource Solutions provides a full service recruiting process. We will always apply a team approach to your search and have no internal reserve on candidates. This means more candidates to match to your position!

Attention to your needs - not volume - is our priority. We have a select number of clients to enable us to recruit the country’s top talent. For every search, you can expect the following:

  1. Create Custom Candidate Pool
    • Consult with your hiring representative(s)
    • Advise on market status (availability of candidates, compensation)
    • Perform national candidate market analysis
    • Effectively showcase your culture to candidates
    • Qualify candidates based on your expectations
  2. Arrange Interviews
    • Present summaries of top tier candidates
    • Prepare candidate
    • Arrange each interview
    • Debrief with your hiring representative(s) and candidates
  3. Establish the Placement
    • Consult with hiring representative on compensation package, relocation, and non-compete contracts
    • Present comprehensive offer to the candidate
    • As necessary, discuss resignation process and counteroffer situations
    • Continue to advise candidate on opportunities and benefits of becoming a member of your company’s team
    • Solidify acceptance to the position
  4. Follow Through
    • Participate in continued recruitment and recognition of candidate prior to start date
    • Follow up with candidate and hiring representative within two weeks of start date
    • Perform evaluation of the process with hiring representative and candidate
    • Discuss opportunity for continued partnership with your hiring representative
