Candidate and client information can be accessed by each recruiter for every search.

By limiting our searches and keeping the candidate base open, we ensure maximum attention to our clients and full market access for faster placement.

Julie Curtis
President

Julie has over 10 years of food and retail industry experience. She started her career in procurement and merchandising working for large foodservice and grocery distributors. Julie began her executive search career with a boutique firm specializing in food manufacturing, grocery wholesale and retail based organizations for Fortune 500 companies. She then joined Nash Finch Company leading the staffing and recruitment function for this fortune 500 grocery retailer and wholesaler. As president of Executive Resource Solutions, Julie brings hands on industry knowledge and a vast network of food, retail and wholesale executives. Julie has a BS in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
